Leadership Coaching


A Leader's evolution is vital to an organization's development. If the Leader models success, the organization's ability towards success is enhanced.

One of the most effective ways to accelerate leadership performance is through Coaching. Coaching expands the leader's capacity to be an effective performer.


A coach initiates Leadership Development by working with the individual to:

  • Define the leadership role relevant to the individual and the context
  • Understand the leader's individual goals and values
  • Assess and identify strengths and areas of improvement
  • Develop Action Plans to bridge the gaps
  • Implement agreed actions and initiatives
  • Provide feedback at key intervals to assess progress
  • Evaluate the previously agreed on areas of development
  • Evaluate the overall development
