On-The-Job Coaching

A common assumption is that training alone can accommodate the transition to new responsibilities.

Managing change poses tremendous challenges and coaching on-the-job can help facilitate that change.

Although the required support may vary with each individual, our research has shown that receiving coaching on-the-job plays a critical role in achieving the desired human and business performance.

Coacheing is initiated by:

  • Identify areas of need
  • Analyzing job requirements
  • Understanding job specifications and other challenges involved
  • Providing individualized attention to skill performance
  • Developing confidence and communication skills
  • Developing skills for career building
  • Providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Evaluating performance process
