Focus Groups

Stafford & Chan offers a one-day workshop with a focus group to enable further customisation of our workshops to meet our client’s needs.  This workshop will be conducted with the Management executives to discuss the previous service training and KPIs set. Based on the training needs analysis, review of standards, KPIs, existing training & new training material, we will finalise new communication standards.
