Our pre-requisites state that the client will with Stafford & Chan carefully pick the “on the job" support team. The training participants would then attend a 5-module ‘On the Job Training’ workshop comprising of the following topics:

• Influencing skills

• On the Job Training Plan – Creation

• Giving & Receiving Feedback
