A dynamic coach, facilitator and trainer, Amine brings together a rich multi-cultural and diverse international business background covering the Americas, Africa, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Based in Singapore, he has over 25 years of business experience, which includes individual and team coaching for high performance and leadership development.
Fluent in English, French and Arabic, Amine works with senior executives on key strategic projects helping them to understand and manage the human side of change. He has also designed and delivered several programmes such as: service quality management, conflict management, train the trainer, professional presentation skills, people and performance management, and Safety leadership. Amine believes that every human being is capable of going beyond his/her limit, and people need to believe in their own potential.
Current Role
A part from being an associate coach with Center for Creative Leadership – CCL, and IMD in singapore, Amine runs his own business. Some of his Clients are: TOTAL GROUP (Oil & Gas), CGG (fully integrated Geoscience company), HERMES, BASF, GIVAUDAN… He particularly enjoys training and coaching in multicultural environments and doing his best in bridging the gap.
Educational Background
Amine holds an Master degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management and BA Human Resources. In 2004 and 2005, he lectured at the University of Paris XII on Management and Leadership in a degree course.
Amine currently holds the following accreditations: MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator), Benchmarks 360, Insight Discovery, FIRO-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior), Team Management System and Business Emotional Intelligence: EBW – Emotions & Behaviour at Work.
