These are proven with his appointment in designing and conducting the Singapore’s national initiated workshops, namely, Employability Camp and Executive Workshops for the Workforce Development Agency, Employability and Employment Institute, and Community Development Councils. In 2013, Freddy’s unwavering dedication and earnest training efforts was recognised at the annual prestigious NTUC May Day Model Partnership Award ceremony, where he was conferred the Individual Category Award as an exemplary tripartite partner for his contribution to the transformation of Singapore’s economy through his trainings which has benefited the workforce of Singapore.
