Our coaches are professionally trained through Corporate Coach University, and implement the methodology of ‘gap bridging’ between what is known and what is unknown. It starts with an initial coaching conversation, where goals are identified. Actions are taken towards the desired outcome and worked on until the goal is reached.

MENTORING

An in-company Mentoring workshop is an effective method of developing individuals and organisation reliably. A mentoring workshop is conducted by customising a learning process with the focus on developing mentees (individuals with less experience, skills and knowledge). Mentors can also utilise these processes such as ‘One-On-One Mentoring, Group Mentoring and Distance Mentoring’ based on the organisation’s objectives while focusing on all- round talent development.

CONSULTING

An essential part of training workshop is designing innovative solutions to support the client’s goals and needs. This involves managing the training workshops, conducting the follow-ups, extending support to the trainers and maintaining overall excellence of the training workshop. At Stafford & Chan, the objective behind the design and implementation of training workshops is to establish a useful structure for individual growth as well as to achieve desired corporate results.
